Find your inner balance, gently.

Fabienne Mathot supports you through Neurofeedback, a gentle, non-invasive method that helps the brain self-regulate — for better sleep, sharper focus, and more serenity in everyday life.

The system listens to your brain and, through music, sends back a gentle signal to help it self-regulate.

The method

What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a brain-training approach that uses music as its medium. Seated comfortably, you wear sensors that read your brain's electrical activity while you listen to soothing music.

01

Setup & listening

You settle into a comfortable chair, sensors are placed on the scalp — painless, no injections.

02

A signal in return

Brief interruptions in the music send your brain information about its own functioning.

03

Self-regulation

At its own pace, and non-consciously, the brain uses this feedback to organize itself more efficiently.

Please note: Neurofeedback does not replace medical or therapeutic care. It can, however, support and complement other approaches to care alongside them. This method has been practiced for over twenty years in North America and Europe.
Who is it for?

When the nervous system needs a pause

A well-regulated brain works at its best. When the central nervous system is under strain, certain signs can appear in daily life:

Sleep disorders
Difficulty concentrating
Stress & overwork
Anxiety, intrusive thoughts
Lack of self-confidence
Irritability
Mental fatigue, low motivation
Memory difficulties
Everyday hypersensitivity

About me

Fabienne Mathot

"I lived abroad for many years — between China, the Netherlands, Africa and the Arab world. After two pregnancies, a divorce and several moves, I went through a period of deep exhaustion."

It was at this point that Fabienne discovered Neurofeedback. After a few sessions, she noticed her anxiety easing and a gradual improvement in her sleep quality. This personal experience led her to train in this method in France, before settling in Chaudfontaine to share it in turn.
